I'll be adding spinach & peppers. Kielbasa is always a family favorite.

**update** This was yummy! The whole family enjoyed it. Hubby said it was maybe a little to vinegary/mustard-y... But he has a sensitive palate ;-)

Glad to see you're blogging again! Adora is a little sick, and I am procrastinating thinking about dinner. I want to do something quick & easy! So I am not sure what we're having yet :)
